We are currently aware of an issue affecting access to SiteHQ CloudSites webmail. Engineers are working to restore normal service.
Access via POP and IMAP for inbound and SMTP for sending is unaffected. Customers should still be able to send and receive emails using configured email clients, including those on mobile devices.
