Identified

The intermittent inbound call issue has been traced to a single upstream carrier, who is aware of the problem on their end and is actively working to restore normal service.

Investigating

We are aware that some inbound VoIP calls are failing to connect at this time. Engineers are investigating the cause and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.
