Engineers are currently investigating an issue affecting access to SiteHQ CloudSites webmail, with customers attempting to login encountering an error message.
Access via POP and IMAP for inbound and SMTP for sending is unaffected. Customers should still be able to send and receive emails using configured email clients, including those on mobile devices.
We understand the impact this is having on you and are grateful for your patience. Engineers remain fully engaged and we will post further updates here as progress is made.
