We have today completed an upgrade on the backend of our status notification system.

A small number of customers incorrectly received an "Unsubscribe confirmation" e-mail during this work.

If you received one please rest assured your subscription to our status notifications remain active.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This incident affected: Telecoms (Voice over IP (VoIP), Fax to E-mail), Hosting (Shared cPanel Hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), CloudSites Platform, Dedicated Servers, Colocation), and Managed Services (Managed DNS, WordPress Manager, Connectivity).
