Following the issue with VoIP services yesterday our engineers will be undertaking maintenance to the VoIP platform between 03:00 and 05:00 (BST) on Wednesday 27th April 2016 to restore full redundancy.
There will be a period of service interruption to inbound and outbound as this work is carried out.
Our engineers will ensure the platform is stable before the maintenance window is closed.
