Engineers have restored normal service to websites using Windows / IIS technology on our CloudSites platform.

A RFO (Reason for Outage) is available to customers affected, please contact support@sitehq.com for a copy if required.

Engineers have put in place a fix and we are now monitoring to ensure this has fully restored affected services.

We are currently investigating an issue on our CloudSites platform affecting websites that use Windows / IIS technology.

Websites using Linux technology are unaffected.

Engineers are working to restore normal service.
